Navigator Telecommunications offers multiple service options including Universal Lifeline and Deaf and Disabled Trust.  Additional services and features include:

  • 900/976 (pay-per-call) call blocking
  • The ability to block other carrier charges from being added to your telephone bill.
  • The ability to block your caller ID information when you dial out.
  • The ability to block pay-per-use features, such as 3-way calling, that do not require an access code to use.
  • PIC Freeze which blocks other telephone carriers from transferring your phone service without your direct permission.
Lifeline Services for Low Income Assistance
Navigator offers Lifeline in the state of California where we provide telecommunication services.  Lifeline from Navigator offers households meeting certain requirements a monthly discounted rate for local service charges.
