Purpose of wiring coverage
Navigator offers wire maintenance to our customers to provide a quality level of service; it is designed to provide the customer with the assurance they will not encounter a costly repair bill for normal deterioration and trouble on wiring and jacks. This is offered at a modest monthly fee that is billable on their account each month.
Residential Service Customers
Navigator wire maintenance services covers wiring and jacks which meet industry standards and are in working condition at the time the service is connected. Pre-existing troubles are not covered by wire maintenance; the wiring will have to be repaired at the customer's expense. Wire maintenance will apply to all lines on the customer's account.
Adding wire maintenance to existing account
Wire maintenance can be added to an existing account.
There is no waiting period.

Exclusions of coverage
- Pre-existing troubles are not covered by wire maintenance.
- Wire maintenance does not cover any cost associated with installation and wiring connections of existing wire and jacks during service activation.
- Wire maintenance does not cover the cost associated with adding, moving or removing jacks.
- Wire maintenance does not cover the repair or replacement of your wire damaged by riots, acts of war, gross negligence, natural disasters and willful damage and/or vandalism.
- Jacks and wiring that have been tampered with by unauthorized personnel will not be covered.
